Justin McCarthy is a Vice President at LNC Partners. His primary responsibilities include originating, analyzing, and executing new investment opportunities, and management oversight of portfolio investments.

Prior to joining LNC in 2021, Mr. McCarthy worked at Booz Allen Hamilton as a Senior Consultant on the Corporate Development & Strategy team, advising on strategic investments, acquisitions, and divestitures. He began his career as an Investment Banking Analyst at M. Klein and Company.
