OutSolve Acquires Gaucher Associates

LNC Partners is pleased to announce that its portfolio company OutSolve completed the acquisition of Gaucher Associates, a provider of affirmative action compliance services. This is OutSolve’s fifth acquisition since LNC made its initial investment in the company in November 2016.
