OutSolve Acquires The HR Consultant

LNC Partners is pleased to announce that its portfolio company OutSolve completed the acquisition of The HR Consultant, a provider of affirmative action compliance services. This is OutSolve’s sixth acquisition since LNC made its initial investment in the company in November 2016.
