Leeds Novamark Capital Announces Name Change to LNC Partners

Reston, VA – May 7, 2015. Leeds Novamark Capital announced today that it has changed its name to LNC Partners. In connection with this change, the firm has also launched a refreshed website at www.LNC-partners.com.

“We are proud of the platform that we’ve established as Leeds Novamark Capital since we began investing out of our inaugural fund in 2014, and believe that the new name will better distinguish us in the marketplace from Leeds Equity,” explained Robert Monk, Managing Partner of LNC Partners. “Nothing has changed in our operations or our strong partnership with Leeds, but we believe this rebranding will lead to improved clarity in the market regarding our fund’s specific strategy.”

On April 28, 2015, LNC Partners completed its fifth investment in the past twelve months, providing subordinated debt and equity to finance the recapitalization of BrandShare in partnership with Aperion Management.

LNC Partners is a licensed Small Business Investment Company with over $235 million of capital under management that provides debt and equity capital to lower middle market companies. LNC Partners invests across a broad range of industries and typically provides between $5MM and $20MM of capital to companies in support of buyouts, recapitalizations, refinancings, and acquisition and growth financings. The firm seeks companies that generate at least $2 million of EBITDA and places an emphasis on management-owned and family-owned businesses.
