2025 Year in Review
2025 was a year of steady execution and continued momentum at LNC Partners. We expanded our team, completed new platform and add-on investments, and made meaningful progress advancing our long-term strategy across the firm. The highlights below reflect several of the milestones that defined our year. Looking ahead, we remain focused on backing exceptional management teams and serving as a long-term capital and strategic partner to support their growth in 2026 and beyond. Portfolio Updates and Acquisitions 
In December, LNC Partners finalized its strategic investment in Bennie Health, Inc. Bennie is a modern top 100 employee benefits broker dedicated to transforming the way employers approach and deliver benefits. 2025 was a pivotal year for our Partner, GCG Advisory Partners, beginning with its acquisition of First Fidelity of Atlanta and culminating in its recapitalization by BharCap Partners, which resulted in LNC’s exit in August.
