Matty Gardiner is an Associate at LNC Partners focused on business development. His primary responsibilities include sourcing new investment opportunities, managing intermediary and key relationships, and leading all aspects of the business development function.  

Prior to joining LNC in 2025, Mr. Gardiner was Senior Analyst at Access Holdings, where he was primarily responsible for sourcing investment opportunities for new platform acquisitions and in-fill acquisitions for portfolio companies. Prior to Access, Mr. Gardiner was an Account Executive at Okta (NASDAQ: OKTA) where he oversaw customer relationships and new business opportunities for emerging markets.
