YourPolicy Receives Growth Investment from LNC Partners

Austin, TX – LNC Partners (“LNC”), a middle market private equity firm, announced that it led a significant growth investment in Your Policy, LLC (“YourPolicy” or the “Company”), a leading independent insurance brokerage platform in support of its continued expansion. The Company is executing on an active M&A strategy, having completed 18 acquisitions over the past four years. YourPolicy management, including Chief Executive Officer Justin Thomas, will continue to lead the company and remain significant shareholders.

Founded in 2020 by CEO Justin Thomas and headquartered in Austin, TX, YourPolicy is a leading technology-enabled independent insurance brokerage platform providing a suite of services to help bolster the operations and growth of its agency locations throughout the United States. The Company is focused on personal, commercial, and employee benefits insurance lines. YourPolicy seeks to partner with and acquire like-minded agencies throughout the U.S. who prioritize client service and can benefit from YourPolicy’s enhanced digital tools and integrated technology platform. YourPolicy looks to maintain its fast-paced growth trajectory and track record of successful M&A integration under the new partnership.
