LNC Partners Completes Recapitalization with West Physics Consulting

Reston, VA – May 29, 2018. LNC Partners, a private equity firm focused on high quality business services companies, has recapitalized West Physics Consulting, LLC (“West Physics”) in partnership with company founder and President, Dr. Geoffrey West. West Physics is a premier provider of diagnostic medical and health physics consulting and testing services primarily in the United States. The transaction provides West Physics with access to significant additional capital and strategic expertise to support the company’s growth strategy, which includes organic initiatives as well as acquisitions.
